DENPASAR – Sekretaris Advokasi Rakyat Untuk Nusantara (ARUN) Bali, A.A. Gede Agung Aryawan, S.T. (Gung De) melontarkan protes keras terhadap keputusan Gubernur Bali periode sebelumnya, Wayan Koster, yang memerintahkan pembongkaran lift kaca di Pantai Kelingking, Nusa Penida, paling lambat enam bulan ke depan.
Ia menilai kebijakan tersebut mencerminkan ketidakkonsistenan pemerintah dan menimbulkan pertanyaan besar mengenai kepastian hukum bagi investor di Bali.
Menurut Gung De, proyek lift kaca yang kini dianggap bermasalah itu sebelumnya justru diresmikan dengan penuh kebanggaan oleh sejumlah pejabat saat peletakan batu pertama. Kala itu, berbagai komentar positif disampaikan, terutama terkait peningkatan keselamatan wisatawan di destinasi yang terkenal ekstrem tersebut.
“Sekarang tiba-tiba berubah jadi drama panggung sandiwara. Dulu dibanggakan, sekarang dibongkar. Ini dagelan yang tidak layak dipertontonkan,” tegasnya.
Ia juga menyoroti bahwa seluruh proses perizinan seperti UKL-UPL dan kewajiban pembayaran dilaporkan telah dipenuhi oleh pihak pengembang, bahkan terekspos luas oleh media. Karena itu, keputusan pembongkaran dianggap sarat nuansa tebang pilih.
“Kita hidup dalam negara hukum. Jika penegakan aturannya tebang pilih, maka tinggal menunggu waktu akan muncul perlawanan sipil,” ujar Gung De dengan nada keras.
Ia menegaskan bahwa semua warga dan pelaku usaha berhak mendapatkan perlakuan hukum yang sama tanpa diskriminasi. Pemerintah, katanya, tidak boleh memperlakukan satu investor secara ketat sementara membiarkan yang lain tetap beroperasi meski kasusnya serupa.
“Selama tegakkan kebenaran, jangan pernah mundur. Semua warga punya hak mendapatkan perlakuan hukum yang sama,” seru Gung De.
Pernyataan keras ini juga ditujukan sebagai pengingat kepada berbagai institusi, mulai dari Pemerintah Provinsi Bali, Kejaksaan, hingga lembaga pengawasan, agar memastikan proses penegakan hukum berlangsung objektif dan transparan.
