JAKARTA – Gelombang reaksi publik menyeruak setelah seorang konten kreator, DJ Donny, menyoroti langkah hukum terhadap pembuat dan penyebar meme Menteri Investasi sekaligus Ketua Umum Partai Golkar, Bahlil Lahadalia. Dalam video yang diunggah pada Selasa, 21 Oktober 2025, Donny menampilkan data akun-akun yang ikut membuat maupun membagikan meme tersebut, sambil menyindir keras rencana pelaporan massal oleh pihak partai.

“Akun-akun medsos yang buat meme Bahlil dipolisikan, yang repost juga bakal disisir,” kata DJ Donny.
“Lu tahu berapa banyak yang repost? Ada 22.300 akun. Lu sisir itu semua?” lanjutnya dengan nada satir.
Unggahan Donny sontak memancing ribuan komentar. Warganet menilai tindakan pelaporan itu tak masuk akal dan berpotensi menekan kebebasan berekspresi.
“22.300 dan yang membagikan 160 ribu, emang penjara dan lapas bakal muat?” tulis akun @noqdiscoffee.
“Mending siapin bangunan Lapas baru sekalian,” balas @nuuxyz.
“Kalau semua dipenjara, siapa yang bayar pajak?” sindir @micky.
“Makin dilarang, makin dilakukan,” tambah @BeannnMCGG.
Sebelumnya, sayap Partai Golkar, Angkatan Muda Partai Golkar (AMPG), melaporkan sejumlah akun media sosial ke Polda Metro Jaya pada Senin, 20 Oktober 2025. Mereka menilai meme tersebut telah menyerang pribadi Bahlil dan mencederai martabat partai.
“Penyebaran meme ini sudah terstruktur dan masif, menyerang pribadi serta marwah Ketua Umum Partai Golkar,” tegas Sedek Bahta, Wakil Ketua Umum AMPG.
Namun, di ruang digital, suara publik justru berbalik. Banyak yang menilai pejabat publik seharusnya siap dikritik dan tidak membawa semua bentuk sindiran ke ranah hukum.
“Kalau nggak suka dengan cara kerjanya, ya kritik kebijakannya, bukan fisiknya,” ujar akun @99.
“Harusnya Bahlil instropeksi, karena survei kepuasan menterinya juga rendah,” tulis @AndriPerwira.
