DENPASAR – Sekretaris Jenderal DPP Aliansi Rakyat Untuk Nusantara (ARUN), Bungas T. Fernando Duling, memberikan instruksi tegas kepada seluruh jajaran pengurus daerah, khususnya DPD ARUN Bali, untuk mengawal ketat kasus-kasus hukum lokal yang mencederai rasa keadilan masyarakat.
Menanggapi putusan ringan Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar terhadap terpidana kasus mafia BBM oplosan di Tahura Ngurah Rai, Bungas T. Fernando Duling mengingatkan bahwa penegakan hukum di Bali harus objektif dan bebas dari kepentingan tertentu.
”Ini menyangkut kerugian negara dan hajat hidup orang banyak, yang ada dalam frasa konstitusional dari Pasal 33 ayat (2) dan (3) UUD 1945. Saya tegaskan tidak mencampuri putusan hakim (independent judiciary), tetapi putusan hakim harus mewakili rasa keadilan di masyarakat,” ungkap Bungas T. Fernando Duling melalui sambungan elektronik, Senin (29/06/2026).
Lebih lanjut, Sekjen DPP ARUN meminta DPD ARUN Bali di bawah perpanjangan tangannya untuk jeli melihat adanya upaya masif dari oknum politikus yang mencoba menggeser opini publik demi mengganggu program strategis Pemerintah Pusat di Bali. Salah satunya terkait isu miring lingkungan yang sengaja dialihkan untuk menutupi kerusakan mangrove di proyek lain.
